À propos de l'événement
In this course, you will be given the fundamentals necessary to attain calm-abiding based on the Tibetan Buddhist philosophy: the preparations, the posture, the necessary conditions, the possible obstacles, how to overcome them, and more.
Each course starts with explanations on a calm-abiding meditation topic, followed by silenced meditation periods. This group practice can give more power to your meditation.
The course is open to everyone, not just first-time meditators. As a beginner, you'll get everything you need to start your journey. As an experienced meditator, you'll learn about new techniques. If you already took this course, it's an opportunity to review and improve your practice.
